Our international client, a leading provider of industrial machinery, is hiring an Administrative Assistant Spare Parts to join their team in Almere.

The company has a very long history in the market but is fairly young in the European market and strongly growing. For their Excavator division, we urgently search a (temp) Administrative Assistant for the Spare Parts department. Please note this is a maternity leave cover but can become a long-term opportunity in the future.

Job Profile for Administrative Assistant Spare Parts
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Handle orders, shipments, prices, technical- and stock information
  • Input of and assistance in the registration and maintenance of Spare Parts data in the SAP-system and other software which is used in the department
  • Act as an intermediate between the Spare Parts and the Warehouse departments regarding in- or out- bound of Spare Parts
  • Prioritise and be responsible for an accurate registration of orders and invoices. The invoices must be processed and timely mailed by post
  • Accurately filing of documents

Candidate Profile for Administrative Assistant Spare Parts

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and advanced in English, both written and spoken. Fluent German and basic French are an advantage
  • Education at Dutch MBO/HBO level
  • Some years of administrative working experience, service minded, with an eye for detail
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage. Experience with other systems is also beneficial
  • Affinity with technology (e.g. material and equipment) or production and logistics is a plus
  • Familiar with financial administration
  • Proactive and motivated
