Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of OEM-compatible imaging supplies, photoreceptors and parts for copiers, printers, MFP’s and other imaging equipment. This international company serves over 11300 customers in 123 counties. They are currently looking for a Junior Logistics Analyst to join their team and help them improve the streamlining of their work process.

Job Profile for Junior Logistics Analyst
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Primary responsible for all freight analysis which supports the forwarders’ selection process as well as all EMEA export and freight related topics
  • Work closely with the Logistics and Customer Order Fulfilment Teams
  • Will be in frequent contact with the warehouse, compliance, sales offices, customers and forwarders
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative freight analysis
  • Collect export documents
  • Be in regular contact with freight forwarders
  • Perform continuous improvement activities and projects which will be focused on optimisation of logistic processes for example supplier selection, freight control, efficiency improvements and reduction of complexity
  • Support the Customer Order Fulfilment and sell out processes

Candidate Profile for Junior Logistics Analyst

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, other EMEA languages are an advantage
  • Thinks and acts on a higher vocational level in a relevant direction (HBO)
  • Has at least some experience in an international environment
  • Experience with export and trade compliance is an advantage
  • Has a can-do attitude
  • Like working with numbers and using “Excel” is in your comfort zone
  • Must be open to new ideas and eager to learn new skills
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Has attention to details
