Our client, a cleaning services leading provider and present in the market for more than 10 years, is looking for a proactive and motivated Office Coordinator to join their team in Amsterdam.

Job Profile for Office Coordinator
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact between the customers and the company
  • Assist customer’s queries and solve their issues promptly
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly schedule for the cleaners and communicate with all relevant parties/stakeholders
  • Take care of the customer’s onboarding contracts and other documents
  • Coordinate various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly
  • Log all tasks and relevant tasks (new cleaners, clients, etc.) online
  • Buy office consumables including stationery for the office. Guaranteeing that the office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Check inventory of cleaning products and cleaning material
  • Maintaining the office area tidy and presentable
  • Perform ad hoc requests

Candidate Profile for Office Coordinator

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • HBO in Secretarial and/or Administrative field is a plus
  • Must have a customer relations mind-set
  • Flexibility towards work and tasks are a requisite
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Eximious organisation and time management skills are required
  • Emotional intelligence, empathy and a solution-making approach to unexpected situations are crucial
  • A focused, accurate and creative mind orientation
  • Capability to deal with a considerable amount of information daily
