Now that they have opened up in Amsterdam, they’re looking for a Sales & Partnerships professional for the Dutch market - a sales driven person who is looking for the next step in their career and wants to challenge the market and help companies scale.

Job Profile for Sales & Partnerships
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for selling our client’s developers to companies in the Netherlands
  • Present the company, their unique recruitment process and the skills of our developers
  • Focus on expanding the client base
  • Responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing the deal
  • You will be a consultant, a trusted advisor whose goal is to establish long-term relationships with the clients
  • Passionate about new business and love to challenge the market

Candidate Profile for Sales & Partnerships

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative sales from consulting, recruitment or the IT industry is a plus
  • Confident in your customer dialogue
  • Understand the importance of working long term and with high quality
  • Dare to challenge, both your team and your customers
