Our international client, a world-leading organisation in the IT/Software market, is now hiring a Program Marketing Manager to join their team in Schiphol, who will create, drive, and execute marketing projects and programs in the Netherlands.

This is an operational role to support and coordinate - with high quality on all activities related to the strategic executional plan and performance marketing. The role reports directly to the Digital Store Lead in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate must be very detail-orientated and collaborative with experience in managing and executing digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives for devices, software, and services.

Job Profile for Program Marketing Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders, communicate and set expectations for deliverables
  • Manage a significant volume of tasks within a tight timeframe over key beats
  • Submit timely weekly reports to enable the team to deliver
  • Show great attention to detail on repetitive tasks and be able to manage multiple data sources to extract actionable insights for the business
  • Show an understanding of integrated marketing with a holistic approach

Site Content:

  • Optimise customer journey
  • Coordinate A/B testing, content update and prioritisation together with Merchandising team
  • Coordinate end to end execution of marketing activities in accordance with centralised client’s Store category management, demand generation, e-mail, and social marketing teams
  • Review localisation of assets

Sales & Promotional Calendar Management:

  • Create, manage, and coordinate marketing calendars for the Netherlands region
  • Build promotional plans and calendar overviews aligned with key beats, market dynamics and demand as well as products supply and lifecycle (price discounts, value-adds, cross-sell, up-sell, upgrade offers etc.)
  • Partner with Category Buyers/Planners/Site Merchandiser/Production to execute promotions and campaigns

Demand Generation:

  • Work in collaboration with stakeholders on the Demand Generation team to grow and optimise traffic to the company’s store
  • Support assets review and localisation
  • Audit campaigns and report bugs through appropriate channels and tools
  • Partner and align with Affiliate International Media Team on promotional calendar and go-to-market
  • Maximise referrals to Store from Owned and Operated (O&O) sites through partnership and alignment with O&O stakeholders
  • Partner with Chief Marketing Officer and Public Relations (PR) teams to develop specific campaigns (digital and social), partnerships, PR integration of the organisation’s Store and specific tactics, as well as ensure the client’s tagging in Above The Line/Below the Line (ATL/BTL) campaigns landing in Market 
  • Drive the local emailing program: build the calendar, create the emailing content, optimise performance of the tactic by running analysis

Products, Service and Programs Launch Management:

  • Support product launches deployment and coordinate go-to-market activities
  • Ensure best-in-class product content/messaging and customer journey flow in coordination with Merchandising team to drive higher conversion rate and average order value
  • Ensure optimal customer experience to grow the Net Promoter Score and satisfaction through all available levels (optimisation of product pages and buying tips, development of customers’ Ratings & Reviews, site search tool optimisation, identification and corrections of errors)
  • Partner with Customer Service and Support teams to understand and deliver geo voice of customers insights

Benchmark Analysis:

  • Provide weekly benchmarks of Managed Retail pricing and offers and associated client’s Stores compete recommendations
  • Provide ad-hoc benchmark of Managed Retail merchandising and demand generation activities, and associated company’s Stores compete recommendations
  • Provide ad-hoc benchmark of key competitors (pricing, offers, demand generation, merchandising) and associated recommendations for client’s Store

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Store performance tracking using Adobe Analytics
  • Execute weekly core KPI’s analysis on key product categories and product launches (Traffic, Conversion, Average Order Value (AOV))
  • Provide performance reports including insights and recommendations for offers, products, and campaigns performance as needed
  • Participate in activities post-mortem delivery

Candidate Profile for Program Marketing Manager

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Have a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with a strong experience profile
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar e-commerce position
  • Integrated Marketing & Analysis
  • Detail-oriented and strong in execution speed and quality
  • Good knowledge of analytics software and comfortable with data and insights
  • Work well under pressure and in a process-driven environment
  • Self-starter who can proactively work within a fast-paced and exciting environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, can-do attitude
  • Able to effectively communicate with varied audiences
