Our client is a leading online subscription-based video platform, streamed in millions of households around the world. To support their continued global expansion, they are looking for two experienced Campaign Operations Manager to join their team in Amsterdam.

The successful candidate will oversee the campaign project management of our client’s originals marketing production needs. He/she will also be responsible for managing the cross-functional end-to-end production process of all promotional assets, supporting marketing, publicity, and social teams. This means that the Campaign Operations Manager thrives in an environment that requires him/her to bridge competing priorities between global, regional and local cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Profile for Campaign Operations Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Work closely with producers in our AV, Design, Digital, and Regional production teams and external production agencies to manage the company’s operational campaign needs
  • Serve as the go-to partner to all cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating alignment between global and local teams dedicated to creative, localisation, strategy, media, marketing, publicity, and social
  • Lead and manage cross-functional EMEA and global communications and workflows for our client’s Original Titles, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables
  • Support the country and partner creative teams by planning overall campaign production timelines, project deliverables, and resources
  • Manage timelines with our client’s external AV Post Production agencies through the finishing and mixing process
  • Partner with a team of marketing managers and integrated producers responsible for managing production, localisation and trafficking of key promotional materials. These include online and offline video, out of home, display, mobile and social creative types 
  • Oversee campaign project management to assure that the team eliminates time-sensitive bottlenecks and produces high-quality creative with appropriate velocity
  • Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production issues
  • Oversee creative productions scope, budget and resources

Candidate Profile for Campaign Operations Manager

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in another EMEA language is a plus
  • 8+ years of marketing account management and creative production experience at an entertainment brand or advertising or media agency with an emphasis on entertainment and video production including online and offline
  • Expert knowledge of marketing campaign and localisation workflows, including understanding the creative and production process for both Video and Digital materials
  • Fluent in Video, Digital, Print, types and formats while understanding the fundamentals of assets management, servicing and ad trafficking
  • High competency and proven track record of the project management of high-profile, global campaigns
  • Knowledgeable in the evolving advertising landscape, including exposure to/experience with digital marketing and media
  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, while working with geographically dispersed teams
  • Passionate and curious about all aspects of entertainment marketing
  • A natural-born communicator, connecting the dots when others cannot and simplifying complex issues and questions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity
