Our international client, a world-leading organisation in the IT/Software market, is looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Trainer Benelux to join their Device Marketing team in Schiphol.
The role of the Master Trainer is critical to the company’s commercial business. The Master Trainer’s job is to make sure all Distributors, Resellers, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Partners can sell the client’s products (Windows, Office, and Server) as a part of their commercial story.
You are considered a valuable part of the Commercial Go-To-Market worldwide Team. As they collaborate to build training assets and solutions on engagement (remotely), they enable their partners with knowledge of the company’s products. As a Master Trainer you will be making an impact by doing the following: Own, create and deliver robust and effective commercial readiness and sales trainings, webinars, and presentations. Partners vary between OEM, Distributors, Resellers and other stakeholders. The training program will need to tailor to multiple audiences including internal and external stakeholders.
The perfect candidate is an outstanding communicator with a problem-solving mentality and has a great passion for technology. You have a strong and inspiring presence, excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with large and small technical audiences. Being structured, yet flexible is a part of who you are and you always aim for perfection in everything that you do. You will excel in this role if you like to work in a fast-paced environment and have a winning attitude.
